All orders will be acknowledged and filled within 10 business days of receipt of order. All orders received after 12 PM P.S.T. will be considered received for the following business day. Shipping from manufacturer will take 2-3 weeks.

All tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided on the account.

Donna's Vintage Signs (Capital G Design) will charge $25 shipping fee per item.

All orders will be shipped ground unlessotherwise specified in writing by retailer.

All orders must contain a valid shipping address, no PO Boxes accepted.

We will accept exchanges for damaged goods only.
