SALES TAX

No sales tax is charged to delivery locations outside the state of Utah. The state of Utah requires a 6.75% tax on all orders shipped to Utah addresses. Shipping rates are based on location of delivery. Green Apple reserves the right to change product information and shipping schedules that occur from time to time due to product availability, shipping delays, or discontinued items. We will make every effort to get you your items as quickly as possible but regrettably cannot be held responsible for these delays.

Customers can place orders on our website DonnasVintageSigns.com. By clicking “add to cart” your order will be processed through our easy check out process. You can also see our products in Google Base as well as on Amazon.com. To place an order by phone, please call us between 8:00am-6:00pm Mountain Time. Messages left to Green Apple after hours will be answered the next business day.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from Donna’s Vintage Signs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
